I do a lot of exercise! And I'm pretty sure that without Rachel's excellent, regular sports massages I'd be unable to keep up the intensity and frequency that my training schedule demands. She has specific, up to date knowledge and uses effective techniques to get to the heart of any problems, but also to help maintain injury free training. I'm sure I wouldn't have managed Ironman and marathon training as smoothly without seeing Rachel regularly. (Helene)
I'd had a stiff neck for days and for the last 4 days had woken with a headache which had been persistent throughout the day.
Rachel fitted me in for a massage at short notice and after explaining my issues went to work on my neck and shoulders.
Suffice to say, I woke up today with no headache and feeling so much better! My first text of the day was to Rachel with a very sincere "thank you." She's great. Really takes time to understand the issue and probes for any potential underlying problems and then works miracles. Cannot recommend her enough. (Lee)

I am keen runner and after some hard marathon training I was very much in need of a good sports massage. Rachel absolutely did the job on this. Rachel is a fun, positive masseuse and is very good at her job. All of these traits help a injured, achy or tired runner when they are not usually feeling at their strongest.
